Alta Via dei Monti Liguri is a track which was originally designed to be covered on foot, it crosses the entire Liguria from Ventimiglia to Ceparana (La Spezia) and is 440 km long.
It goes along the ridge of our mountains and is never too far from the sea: it is because of this that it can be practically walked all year round among breathtaking scenaries from the Alps to Corsica Island.
Ancient fortresses belonging to far wars and villages perched on rocky peaks are often in the background and are part of an unusual dimension as if we were in a world where time does not pass, but accompanies us along the way.
The very many facilities of our Ospitalità Alta Via dei Monti Liguri offer good food, overnight accommodation and eventual shelter in case of adverse weather conditions.

This web site has been specifically thinked up for bikers enabling them to ride their bike on Alta Via dei Monti Liguri. A number of deviations from the “foot path” have been necessary to make it suitable to be cycled by e-bikes or mountain bikes too.
This new bike track does not involve any portage or technical difficulties and is suitable to be always rided sitting on your saddle: these unique features make it ideal for bikers of any age and families too.
