AV - Alta Via dei monti Liguri

These fantastic videos provide a wonderful picture of the landscapes  and the breathtaking views of the Traversata della Liguria. Yet, they sometime depict variants, peaks, single tracks, portages and climbing trails  that are not part of the route illustrated on this site.

The one traced by me is entirely rideable on the bike and does not present any technical or difficult part. This is to say that it is suitable for everyone, even entire families.

 

It is not necessary to use the tent, as 106 accommodation  sites   belonging to Ospitalità Alta Via network  are available along the route where bikers will find a good bed and excellent food.
